Complaint Log Guidelines

This facility is to address the grievances of the clients/investors.

  • The complaint should be related to Investor/Client only.
  • Only trade related disputes against Member should be routed through this system.
  • Client should first refer the complaint to the concerned Exchange. Please refer to the complaint log guidelines for details (Click here for guidelines).
  • In case client’s complaint is not addressed by the Exchange, click here to register the complaint.
