          Forward Markets Commission had noticed that some registered members of the Exchanges are involved in advisory services to clients for investment in commodities futures contract. Portfolio advisory services, portfolio management services and other services are not permissible in the Commodity Derivative Markets. Forward Markets Commission has not formulated any guidelines for investment advisory services by any entity. FMC has directed the Exchanges to ensure that their members do not indulge in any of these activities as they are not permitted.
